This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit this website, sign up for a newsletter for follow-up communication, or make a purchase from www.knowtheself.com (the “Site”).

If you place an order through our site, your information is collected by Stripe. We are only able to see your name and payment. We can not see your credit card information.

If you sign up to work privately with us, we may collect more sensitive information from you about your reasons for coaching or coming on a retreat, your food allergies etc. This information is collected through an Ontraport form and is not shared with anyone.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

If you’ve provided us with your name & email address for our email marketing, we will communicate with you via email from time to time with special content, offers, updates, and relevant information. You are able to click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email from us and you will be removed from further mailings.

We use the Device Information that we collect to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use Calendly Scheduler to book your appointments and meetings.

You are able to opt-out of receiving emails at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any emails.
