You work with an individual. They practice within a Council.
Our practitioners do not work in isolation. Every practitioner at Know the Self Academy is trained in Time Sync Mastery and participates in an ongoing culture of practice, mentorship, accountability, and Council.
This means that while your relationship with your practitioner is personal and confidential, the person supporting you is themselves supported by a larger circle of colleagues and mentors.
We believe this makes better practitioners.
We continually challenge one another to see more clearly, deepen our skills, recognize our blind spots, and remain accountable to the integrity of our work.
Your private information remains confidential. What surrounds the work is a community committed to helping both practitioners and participants grow, succeed, and bring their gifts more fully into the world.

We begin with where you actually are.
Sometimes that means identifying an old pattern that continues to shape your choices. Sometimes it means navigating a major transition, relationship, loss, creative block, leadership challenge, or vision that feels larger than your present capacity to hold.
Our work may engage the practical, emotional, relational, somatic, energetic, creative, or spiritual dimensions of your experience.
We help you recognize what is operating beneath the surface, strengthen your capacity to meet what arises, and translate insight into lived change.
The goal is not dependence on a mentor. The goal is greater self-knowledge, discernment, responsibility, creative agency, and the capacity to lead your own life.

DUAL MENTORSHIP
AEON + ARTHUR
Two practitioners. Two polarities. One field of transformation.
Some changes require more than a single perspective. Dual Mentorship is our most intensive ongoing mentorship model for people who are ready for significant change, carrying a large vision, navigating a complex personal challenge, or committed to accelerating their development as a leader. Aeon and Arthur work together in a three-person Council formation: two practitioners supporting one mentee.
Aeon brings a feminine polarity to the work; Arthur brings a masculine polarity. Both share the foundation of Time Sync Mastery while bringing distinctly different life experiences, modalities, perceptions, and ways of working. The result is not simply twice the mentorship. It is a different configuration altogether.
Nothing gets lost in the room.
When one practitioner is actively working with you, the other is witnessing. We are tracking not only what is being said, but what is being avoided, contradicted, protected, minimized, embodied, or left outside the conversation. One person can follow the immediate thread while the other holds the larger pattern. This allows us to see from multiple angles, question our own interpretations, and illuminate dynamics that can be difficult to recognize within conventional one-to-one work.
More than one place to lean.
Deep transformational work can activate strong emotional responses, projections, resistance, and old relational patterns. Sometimes the practitioner challenging you becomes part of what you need to work through. In a one-to-one relationship, that can become difficult: the person activating the response is also the only person available to help you understand it.
Dual Mentorship creates another point of relationship. If something arises with one practitioner, the other can remain present as witness, translator, challenger, or stabilizing perspective. This creates more room to explore what is actually happening rather than withdrawing from the work when it becomes uncomfortable.
Masculine + feminine mirrors.
Working with a male-female practitioner team also creates opportunities to explore your relationship with masculine and feminine expression. Patterns connected to mothers and fathers, authority, intimacy, trust, receiving, agency, boundaries, partnership, attraction, conflict, and male-female relationship dynamics may become visible within the work. Rather than treating these dynamics as interruptions, we can work with what emerges as information.
Who is this for?
Dual Mentorship is for people who are serious about transformation.
You may be carrying a vision that requires you to become a substantially different leader. You may understand your patterns intellectually but continue to repeat them. You may be navigating a consequential relationship, transition, creative calling, or personal challenge. Or you may simply have reached the point where incremental change is no longer enough. This is for the person saying: “I am ready to see what I have not been able to see, and do something about it.”
PRIVATE CUSTOM RETREATS
Step outside ordinary life long enough to change it.
Our team has facilitated transformational retreats and immersive experiences around the world. We understand the power of stepping outside ordinary routines and creating concentrated time and space for meaningful personal work, deep inquiry, and new possibilities to emerge.
Each retreat is designed around you rather than following a predetermined curriculum. Depending on your intentions, your experience may incorporate private mentorship, Time Sync Mastery, Somatic Temple Arts, Forest Tuning, creative practice, movement, Council, silence, nature, ritual, and other Academy practices.
Private retreats can be held at our locations in Mendocino and the Palm Springs area, where guest accommodations are available. We can also travel to a location of your choosing and create a customized experience there.
Retreats may be designed for individuals, couples, collaborators, families, or small private groups.
Already planning a retreat?
Our practitioners are also available to join existing retreats as guest facilitators, bringing selected Academy practices or designing a customized experience within your larger program.
