The Summer Solstice happens on June 21 @ 3:07 am PST in the Northern Hemisphere.
It is officially Summer! Woohoo! This Thursday heralds the longest day of sunshine this year! We are moving into the constellation of Cancer and it shifts us into a new cycle. Take some time this week to check in with yourself and notice how the seasonal shift is affecting you. When you tune with nature’s cycles you can shift with the seasons and experience more fluidity in your life.
The bright light of Summer gives us really harsh shadows. The polarity between the light and dark can feel shocking at times, like coming out of a dark air-conditioned room to a hot sunny day. The great news is that when we have a blazing sun creating harsh shadows it’s easier to see the root of our problems. Amen to that and welcome in the healing!
As the summer heats up, so will our relationships. The polarity charge between the feminine and masculine, the yin and the yang want to dance and celebrate. You will feel the magnetism. Take time out to be with your near and dear ones, deepen your relations, and take a break from the busyness of your life! It is time to get outside, unwind, celebrate and relax!

- Do you have a Summer holiday planned? If not, grab your calendar and plan out some serious downtime.
- Do you need more time alone? What can you set up for yourself to make that happen every day?
- Do you need more socializing? List out the people you’d like to spend more time with and call them up! Set some dates!
- What support are you needing in your life to make your life more beautiful? Write it out and find a way to make it happen.
