Rebirth & Renewal 2014

IMAG0495Nasambu Barasa will be joining us with her magical Chants. Nasambu is a singer-songwriter, producer, and founder of the AfroSoul band, The Mystic Nomads. She explores the realms of transformation and harmony through her music and poetry.  Nasambu’s Spirit Flow chanting and dance creates a solid grounding environment while holding sacred space.  She is well-versed in energy medicine and natural healing, and she sees her music as a conduit for regeneration and restoration.

Space is limited. Sign up early to confirm your participation.

This is a day to cleanse and renew your spirit and body. Release 2013 and prepare yourself for the year ahead.

Calling all visionaries, entrepreneurs and creative types who are ready to design a life of balance and purpose. If you are ready to release what is no longer serving you and make a commitment to yourself — then you will love this day of practice.

Come with an open heart. You might also want to bring your water bottle, a yoga mat and a cushion to sit on. There will be some available at the space but bring whatever makes you comfortable.

We have designed this workshop as a day of fasting. If you need to eat something feel free to bring whatever makes you comfortable. Fresh, organic vegetable juices and smoothies will be provided by SOS Juice. Do let us know if you have any food allergies so we can accommodate you.
